SECURE AIRPORT TRANSFERS
IN COSTA RICA.
Executive arrivals and departures at Juan Santamaría (SJO), Liberia (LIR) and private aviation terminals, with vetted security drivers and premium SUVs.
Why it matters
THE ARRIVAL IS THE MOST EXPOSED MOMENT.
For executives, family offices and travel coordinators, the drive from the terminal to the first meeting is where predictability matters most. TACT Fleet replaces the standard car service with a planned, monitored movement.
- Flight-tracked pickup, with waiting time absorbed on delays.
- Discreet meet-and-greet inside the terminal or at the FBO.
- Route planned in advance, with alternates already defined.
- English-speaking security drivers, briefed on the itinerary.
- Operations reachable throughout the movement, not only at booking.
Arrival protocol
HOW AN ARRIVAL IS RUN.
Pre-arrival planning
Flight, passengers, luggage, destination and timing confirmed. Primary and alternate routes reviewed against current conditions.
Terminal link-up
The driver, and when required a protection agent, meets the principal at arrivals or planeside at the private terminal.
Controlled movement
Direct transfer with no unscheduled stops. Operations monitors progress and adjusts the route if conditions change.
Arrival and handover
Secure drop-off at hotel, residence, office or free-trade-zone facility, with the next movement already scheduled.
Vehicles & drivers
PREMIUM FLEET, TRAINED DRIVERS.
Every vehicle is maintained for executive standards and operated by drivers trained in defensive and protective driving, not tourist transport.
Executive SUVs
Full-size SUVs for principals and small delegations, configured for luggage, privacy and comfort on long transfers.
Armored options
Armored vehicles available on request for elevated-risk profiles, subject to advance confirmation.
Group mobility
VIP vans and multi-vehicle configurations for teams, delegations and corporate groups arriving together.
Protection level
SCALE THE PROTECTION TO THE PROFILE.
Security driver
Premium vehicle with a trained security driver and operational monitoring. The baseline for corporate travel.
Driver + protection agent
A protection agent accompanies the movement, handling terminal link-up, stops and on-foot segments.
Full protective detail
Advance reconnaissance, escort vehicle and a dedicated close protection team for high-exposure itineraries.

Operational FAQ
WHAT US TRAVELERS ASK FIRST.
The questions corporate travelers, security directors and family offices raise before confirming a movement in Costa Rica.
Can you meet us at a private aviation terminal or FBO?+
Yes. We coordinate planeside and FBO pickups at Juan Santamaría (SJO) and Liberia (LIR), including handler and immigration timing, so the vehicle is positioned before the aircraft arrives.
What happens if our flight is delayed?+
Every pickup is flight-tracked. Waiting time is absorbed on delays at no additional charge, and operations re-times the movement and route based on the new arrival.
Are your drivers armed, and is that legal in Costa Rica?+
Armed protection is provided only through licensed Costa Rican security personnel under national regulations. Firearms cannot be brought into the country by clients; protection is supplied locally and confirmed in advance for each itinerary.
Do you offer armored vehicles?+
Yes, armored SUVs are available on request for elevated-risk profiles. Because the units are limited, armored movements require advance confirmation rather than same-day booking.
Do your drivers speak English, and how do we stay in contact?+
Drivers are English-speaking and briefed on the full itinerary. Operations remains reachable throughout the movement, not only at booking, and your coordinator receives updates on arrival and handover.
How do we pay, and can you invoice a US company?+
Service is quoted and invoiced in US dollars, with corporate invoicing for companies, family offices and travel coordinators. Payment terms are confirmed with the quote before the movement is scheduled.
REQUEST YOUR TRANSFER.
Send the flight, date and destination. Operations confirms availability, vehicle and protection level.
